Portfolio Sales Professional

Ensure the development of commercial activity within Spain by delivering high-value Mail & Parcel Intralogistics solutions, contributing to excellent customer experience, strengthening the existing customer portfolio, and identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within that industry segment. The role requires strong technical-commercial capability, ability to interpret end-customer requirements, and close collaboration with different internal & external stakeholders and contributors.

The Sales Manager will lead customer engagement end-to-end, present accurate and competitive technical-commercial proposals, and safeguard the company’s commercial, technical and financial interests.

Your tasks and responsibilities will be as follows:

•    Lead and deliver sales proposals to customers in cooperation with the sales technical department and all other relevant organizational units
•    Identify and develop key local customers for the mail & parcel intralogistics business.
•    Locally define and implement the business area sales strategy, policies and guidelines.
•    Ensure an effective sales organization to foster cooperation with other parts of the value chain (SCM, PM, ENG, H&S, HR and FIN)
•    Monitor local market trends and identify key lead generation & development programs for mail & parcel intralogistics.
•    Support related local marketing activities. 
•    English professional skills is a must, additionally German is valuable.
