The SAP SD / CS consultant is a member of our OneIT Applications Sales & Services team. In his role, he/she is responsible to deliver SAP Sales and Customer Service solutions within our Koerber Group starting with a focus on Koerber Supply Chain Parcel. This role involves providing expert guidance to ensure successful implementation and optimization of SAP SD and CS modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, customizing SAP systems and analyzing business processes.

Tasks

• Process improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancement within SAP SD and CS modules
  • Provide recommendations for streamlined business processes and implement necessary changes in the SAP system
  • Assist in mapping business requirements to SAP capabilities, ensuring maximum utilization of system functionalities
• Support and Key User training
  • Provide Ongoing support and guidance to key-users, addressing issues and ensuring smooth system operation
  • Collaborate with the SAP team to troubleshoot and resolve all issues related to SAP SD and CS
  • Conduct training sessions for key-users and key stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of SAP SD and CS module
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Logistics to ensure seamless integration processes
  • Collaborate with other SAP consultants and IT teams to address system-wide issues and support broader initiatives
• Solution implementation
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SAP SD and CS processes
  • Customize SAP SD and CS modules to align with business needs and industry best practices
  • Design and execute end-to-end testing of SAP solutions to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance
  • Participate in system integration testing and support user acceptance tests (UAT)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience (2-3+ years) as an SAP SD & CS consultant, including implementation and support
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SD and CS modules, including customization, debugging and integration with other SAP modules
• Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes, customer service, and order management
• Communication in English and German and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• SAP certification in SD and CS modules is a plus
• Proficiency in system testing, documentation, and training
• Knowledge of ABAP programming is a plus
