Your role:

• Ownership of procurement-related master data within the ERP system  
• Ensure high data quality, consistency, and governance across procurement and P2P processes
• Maintain, create, and update supplier and procurement master data in line with internal policies and compliance requirements
• Configure and optimize procurement processes in the ERP system in close collaboration with central procurement, IT, and Finance
• Act as key user for procurement systems, supporting system enhancements, testing, and rollouts
• Manage and monitor technical integrations, such as Punch-Out catalogs, OCI interfaces, and supplier catalogs
• Coordinate change requests related to procurement master data and
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, automation, and user experience in the P2P landscape
• Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for system- or master-data-related issues  
• Define, document, and maintain standards and SOPs for procurement master data and systems usage
• Train and support operational users and Procurement Service colleagues on system functionality and best practices
• Collaborate with Category Managers to translate sourcing concepts into scalable system and master-data solutions

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational training in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement systems, master data management, or P2P process support  
• Strong hands-on experience with ERP procurement modules (e.g. SAP MM / S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement)
• Practical knowledge of master data objects: suppliers, purchasing orgs, material groups, info records, catalogs
• Experience with procurement tools and interfaces
• Solid understanding of end-to-end P2P processes and their system dependencies
• Basic technical understanding of integrations and data flows
• Strong Excel skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• German knowledge is preferred plus
