Your role:

• Support the steering, governance, and continuous development of global Travel and Fleet Management policies and processes
• Administer and further develop booking and expense systems, with a strong focus on SAP Concur Travel & Expense
• Own the administration and daily operations of payment solutions, including
• corporate credit cards, lodge cards (central payment methods)
• Act as functional owner for Travel-related tools, coordinating changes, enhancements, and rollouts with IT and providers
• Prepare and maintain management-ready reports and dashboards (e.g. spend, compliance, savings, CO₂ emissions)
• Derive and track measures based on reporting insights (cost optimization, policy adherence, sustainability)
• Create high-quality presentations for senior management and steering committees
• Lead contract negotiations and contract management with global Travel partners (TMCs, airlines, hotels, car rental providers)
• Handle escalation cases with service providers (e.g. hotel availability issues, flight disruptions, service failures)
• Act as central interface to internal stakeholders and external partners within the global Travel ecosystem
•  Support company car orders and vehicle changes in Europe and globally
• Analyze and optimize the fleet at regional and global level
•  Support digital driver license checks and compliance-related fleet processes
• Assist in damage, cost, and utilization analyses for company cars
•  Coordinate with leasing companies, OEMs, HR, Finance, and local fleet contacts
• Ensure policy compliance and transparent documentation across all fleet activities

Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or comparable degree/education in Business Administration, Logistics, Procurement, Mobility Management, or a related field
• 4–6 years of professional experience in Travel Management, Fleet Management, or category-specific indirect procurement
• Proven industry expertise in corporate travel and/or company car fleets
• Hands-on experience with SAP Concur Travel & Expense (administration, configuration, reporting)
• Strong understanding of
  • global travel policies and compliance
  • payment solutions (corporate cards, lodge cards)
  • fleet leasing models and total cost of ownership (TCO)
• Experience in contract negotiations and supplier management at global or regional level
• Analytical and reporting expertise, including cost, compliance, and CO₂ reporting
• Confident use of Excel and presentation tools (PowerPoint) for management communication
• Fluent in English; German skills is a preferred strong plus
