Inside Sales Coordinator

Your role in our team

  • You will organize and follow up on new sales leads (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • You will work with the sales team to turn qualified leads into real sales opportunities
  • You will maintain and optimize the sales process with CRM tools
  • You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create sales campaigns
  • You will map target customer organizations and identify key contacts to further extend sales within customer organizations
  • You will act as liaison for legal documents (master, CDA, MSA)
  • You will assist sales members with contract generation as needed Coordinate ecosystem activities
  • You will assist with travel coordination
  • You will prepare customer presentations
  • You will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
  • You will maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and timely information
  • You will handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to resolve issues and answer questions
  • You will coordinate and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation
  • You will participate in trade shows and conferences

 

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
  • You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales
  • You have proven experience in sales support or administrative role
  • You have experience using digital marketing & sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • You are able to build strong relationships
  • You have excellent communicate and interpersonal skills
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software
  • You have knowledge of key IT systems used in pharmaceutical and bio-pharmaceutical environments (this is a plus)
  • You have knowledge of Pharma 4.0 concepts and the achievable benefits (this is a plus)
