Your role in our team

  • You will lead and orchestrate all local marketing and brand communication activities in support of the company’s ambitious growth plans
  • You will adapt and tailor the global strategy to fit the unique cultural, economic, and regulatory landscape of the local market
  • You will implement and execute local activity plans in collaboration with the global Marketing, Brand and Communications team incl. marketing campaigns, localized content creation, events (exhibitions, owned events, local employee events), media relations, PR
  • You will monitor and report on the performance of activities, provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • You will act as local Brand Ambassador by taking on local responsibility for the Körber brand e.g. in form of trainings, merchandise, CD/CI implementation
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and central marketing, to ensure cohesive strategy implementation
  • You will plan, coordinate and execute major trade shows, educational summits, customer events, sales meetings, and other internal / external events as they arise
  • You will establish and manage ROI, timelines, budgets, and workflows to deliver against objectives and deadline requirements

 

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • You have a minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience
  • You have experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech industry and/or complex machinery and software sales in a B2B environment
  • You have experience coordinating comprehensive event marketing plans, including pre-event communications, at-event experience, and post-event communication plans
  • You have experience with new exhibit design and exhibit management company selection
  • You display 360 marketing communication skills
  • You have strong knowledge of event management including event planning, execution, and marketing
  • You demonstrate computer literacy with Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint as well as flexibility with similar alternative programs
  • You have familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools)
  • You will support the development of the annual strategic event calendar based on divisional direction and industry insight
