Vice President of Aftermarket Services

Responsible for leadership, guidance, and recommendations to all aspects of the aftermarket group and operational initiatives, as well as overseeing project management processes for new machinery projects. Build and develop employees and processes in support of new machinery, Manual Vision Inspection Cabins, and aftermarket offerings. This position works closely with the President of KPNA Sales & Service to drive business growth through the implementation of operational strategies and execution.

Your role in our team

  • You will provide leadership, support, and oversight to the aftermarket group (Field Service, Spare Parts, Project Management, 2nd Level Support, After-Market Sales).
  • You will resolve escalated issues with HQs.
  • You will work with the President on defining and executing long-term strategy for all aspects of KPNA services.
  • You will develop SLA offerings and coordinate offerings to customers.
  • You will travel domestically and internationally to customer and HQ sites.
  • You will provide technical sales support to Area Service Managers and 2nd Level Support team.
  • You will develop strategic spare part initiatives (i.e. sourcing).
  • You will coordinate and prioritize all service-related projects (e.g. new machinery installations, retrofit & tooling projects, etc.), in alignment with Headquarters’ project managers.
  • You will prepare thorough documentation and tracking of machinery sales projects with the CRM system.
  • You will set up proper documentation of the installed base and align with HQs on processes.
  • You will coordinate service support from third-party machine suppliers.
  • You will direct Program Management for projects and customers that encompass multiple KPNA Business Areas.
  • You will oversee Project Management and coordination for all machinery projects, during the transition phase (from machine shipment until completion of commissioning).
  • You will develop and implement plans for operational excellence in the KPNA facility.
  • You will manage the MVIC program and delivery of machines.
  • You will ensure proper training and skills of design engineers and service engineers for field service work for new machinery projects.
  • You will develop a financial budget and allocate resources for responsible company departments.
  • You will develop technical selling tools and competitive comparisons.
  • You will support Handling & Packaging Division initiatives as requested, as it relates to sales, product development process, Project Management, KPNA training, services development, and CRM integration.
  • You will perform Qualification of Digital Marketing Leads and supervision of lead processing by Regional Sales Managers.
  • You will assist the KPNA President with re-organization initiatives and activities.

 

Your profile

  • Your Master’s Degree in Business is a plus.
  • You have extensive experience with high-technology machinery.
  • You have extensive experience working in pharma or biotech industry.
  • You display management and leadership skills.
  • You exhibit clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • You understand project management processes & tools.
  • You understand sales & marketing processes & tools.
  • You have the ability to provide direction to a wide variety of product lines, market segments, and intercompany departments.
  • You have the ability to travel domestically and internationally to customer and HQ sites.
