Körber Pharma Software is seeking an Associate Trainer to join their friendly team of Trainers and Consultants.

Our team is international, inclusive and supportive. We pride ourselves on the quality of our training materials and delivery as well as our approachability for participants and Körber colleagues. We enjoy flexibility and autonomy in our role with support available to us when we need it. We work independently most of the time with opportunities to collaborate focused around the creation of training materials and delivering training to groups up to 8 participants.

Your role in our Team

• You organize and teach best practice trainings on our MES-software tool PAS-X for clients from the life science industry in person and online via video call
• You’re constantly on the lookout for ways to improve existing training modules and conceptualize new trainings
• You analyze and investigate new and existing PAS-X software modules and features to improve your knowledge and apply this to your trainings and classes
• You monitor and implement our existing academy trainings and adapt them to operational requirements
• You develop and design e-learnings according to best practice industry standards
• You will familiarize yourself with PAS-X through various trainings and projects, and will become an expert for PAS-X implementation – with our help and support of course!

Your profile 

The ideal candidate will join a team of trainers with varied professional backgrounds and experience. If you enjoy the challenge of making complex ideas and technical detail accessible and easy to understand for a wide audience, we would like to hear from you! Some desirable attributes include:

• You’re comfortable with the challenge to learn how a complex software works and enthusiastic to learn about our products and Pharmaceutical manufacturing generally
• You possess strong communication skills and are confident to stand up in front of others to present your ideas
• You have a keen eye for detail
• You have professional experience in either Software development, Training, or, the Pharmaceutical industry, though this is not essential
• You hold a degree in a field relevant to either the Pharmaceutical industry, Software development, or, Learning and development though this is not essential
• You’re fluent in English and have a good knowledge of German (advantageous but not essential)
• You enjoy international travel and look forward to travelling 30 – 50% of your time at work
