Job Overview: 

An outstanding opportunity to take responsibility for Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation within a dynamic and fast-growing IT consultancy. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, industry knowledge, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. This role requires working closely with manufacturing clients to analyze business processes, configure MES solutions, and support system integration while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze client requirements to configure and design MES solutions that align with their manufacturing processes.
• Support project activities, including system implementation, testing, validation, and go-live support.
• Provide hands-on MES design, configuration and integration with other external system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with internal teams and external partners as needed.
• Advise clients on best practices for MES usage, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a consultant or in a related IT/manufacturing systems role.
• Fluency in Japanese and English (both oral and written) is required.
• Ability to analyze business processes and suggest solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being an effective team player.
• Experience with MES solution and/or ERP integration is an advantage.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly in regulated industries, is an advantage
