Aftermarket Project Manager

Your role in our team

  • You will act as primary customer interface for all essential project execution functions.
  • You will create and maintain all schedule milestones.
  • You will monitor and maintain the project budget.
  • You will prepare and provide project status updates to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • You will manage all change requests deviating from original scope.
  • You will work directly with team members and Head of Department to coordinate staffing need for onsite service support.
  • You will coordinate with third-party machine suppliers
  • You will maintain project folders with appropriate documentation to be used by other team members for future activities.
  • You will utilize ERP software systems to assist with order management and reports for retrofit projects, service interventions and deliveries.
  • You will manage retrofit tooling, retrofit and service qoutes.
  • You will prepare retrofit/tooling project order confirmations, schedules as well as other project information and communicate them to the customer.
  • You will create and maintain project cases and work plans in Salesforce system (enter POs, generate sales orders, and work orders, communicate work order numbers to respective parties).

 

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline or equivalent
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience delivering high technology machinery
  • You have experience working in pharma, biotech or other regulated industry preferred
  • You are able to display management & leadership skills
  • You are able to exhibit clear verbal and written communication skills
  • You have an understanding of project management processes and tools
  • You have an understanding of engineering processes and tools
  • You have an understanding of manufacturing processes
