Your role in our team
- You will assist with hiring team members
- You will support completion of team member performance evaluations
- You will contribute with team member development
- You will assign work schedule to team members
- You will listen to team members’ feedback and help resolve any issues or conflicts
- You will encourage a supportive team environment
- You will motivate team members to perform at their best
- You will uphold the vision of the company
- You will be accountable for their team’s efforts
- You will support internal design review activities
- You will support on project status updates to management
Your profile
- You have a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- You have at minimum 5 years of experience and knowledge in mechanical design in automation or related field
- You have two years of FAI design engineering experience
- You have a moderate skill level in Pro/Engineer software
- You are capable of designing new concepts and standards
- You are able to think ahead and plan over a 3-6 month time span
- You have great leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- You have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- You are able to travel 10% of the year
- You have troubleshooting skills, both mechanical and electrical
Confidentiality Duties:
- You will ensure confidential company information, such as, but not limited to, HR related information, legal company info, research and development, and customer names, and job profitability, is not at any time be communicated to customers or vendors or any other party not supposed to gain knowledge. All reasonable measures should be taken to ensure this type of information is not released
- You will require a high level of disciplinary action not to let information get out and into the hands of the wrong individuals by mistake or intention. Körber Pharma US signs many confidentiality agreements with their customers, which in turn pass on to its employees.
- You will be involve with information on employees of Körber Pharma US that are to be kept confidential as well. Information on employees will only be shared with the employee, human resources or management if necessary. This information should be shared behind closed doors.
