Project Coordinator, OEM Installation

Your role in our team

  • You will develop installation plan with OEM Project Manager and Customer.
  • You will select ideal personnel to schedule from all departments to ensure successful install.
  • You will assist Project Manager in determining packaging/shipping logistics.
  • You will monitor installation budget.
  • You will ensure all post-FAT punch lists are completed.
  • You will confirm with installation team that missing parts are delivered/installed.
  • You will ensure all documentation is completed (SAT, IQOQ, etc.).
  • You will ensure installation reports are completed and stored.
  • You will attend pertinent meetings with OEM and Customer.
  • You will ensure outstanding change requests are completed during installation.
  • You will work with Service Team on new change requests.
  • You will work with Project Manager to complete outstanding payments.
  • You will coordinate with outside groups to supplement assembly techs during installations (Service, Outsourcing, Sister companies, etc.).
  • You will provide progress updates to Project Manager and Sales Team.
  • You will work with other Vendors on integration issues.
  • You will attend weekly department meeting.
  • You will attend Production Kick-off meeting.
  • You will support Unit/Line FAT.
  • You will travel to customer facility to coordinate installation as needed.
  • You will show a strong eagerness to learn and a positive attitude every day.
  • You will develop strategies for continued improvements.

 

Your profile

  • You have a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Your 5 years’ experience in packaging or automation is preferred.
  • Your 3 years of field service experience is preferred.
  • Your leadership experience a plus.
  • You are proficient with computers, file management, administrative procedures along with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • You have the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • You have the ability to work with a variety of personalities.
  • You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • You display excellent organizational skills.
  • Your knowledge of Microsoft Project is preferred.
  • You are able to think ahead and plan over a 6 to 12 months’ time span.
  • You are able to work with tight deadlines.
