Your role in our team

  • You will develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
  • You will conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
  • You will perform audits of internal processes and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
  • You will develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection plans, test procedures, and quality control reports.
  • You will analyze quality data and generate reports to monitor quality performance and identify trends.
  • You will lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen events.
  • You will provide training and support to staff on quality standards and procedures.
  • You will ensure that products meet customer and regulatory requirements through rigorous testing and inspection.
  • You will participate in new product development processes to ensure quality considerations are integrated from the start.
  • You will act as a liaison between the company and external auditors or inspectors, facilitating audits and ensuring the implementation of recommendations.
  • You will develop and implement supplier quality management programs, including conducting supplier audits and managing supplier performance.
  • You will create and manage quality-related documentation and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • You will develop and maintain a calibration program for testing and inspection equipment.
  • You will stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality engineering.
  • You will support customer complaint investigations and resolutions, ensuring effective communication and timely closure.
  • You will assist in the development and implementation of quality training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.

 

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • You have proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • You have a certification in quality assurance (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt).
  • You have strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).
  • You are proficient in quality management software and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, SPC).
  • You possess knowledge of root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys).
  • You have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • You have the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • You possess knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
