Your role in our team

  • You will be responsible for selling customized automated machinery using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the products and services to their needs resulting in revenue generation
  • You will provide input and participate in marketing, market planning, and technical development of products and services
  • You will take ownership of our innovation topics
  • You will review sales proposals for customers on technical products and services
  • You will review the layout or plan views for customer proposals
  • You will travel to the customer’s site for kick-off meetings, sales calls, and sales technical support
  • You will make presentations to customers, OEMs, users, suppliers, etc.
  • You will assist with the selection of third-party equipment and component suppliers
  • You will work with third-party suppliers to spec equipment
  • Develop technical presentations and workshops
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at trade shows and expos
  • Maintain long-term, ongoing, repeat relationships
  • Act to close deals and finalize contracts
  • Meet established sales quotas and revenue goals
  • Communicate openly, honestly, and constructively
  • Take responsibility for and make every effort to resolve communication, trust, and respect concerns and problems with customers
  • Gather, analyze, and shares customer technical information and feedback
  • Assist to identify future customer needs to support growth in company sales revenue
  • Provide technical input to marketing
  • Work with other members of the sales, service, and marketing team to achieve common goals
  • Collaborate with engineering to develop conceptual designs
  • You will maintain to date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that affect target markets
  • You will maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of newly developing technologies and manufacturing practices
  • You will attend and participates in company meetings
  • You will maintain a clean and safe work area

 

Your profile

  • You have a strong eagerness to learn and a positive attitude
  • You have a B.S. in engineering or a related technical field
  • You have a minimum of five years of experience in a relevant manufacturing environment
  • You have knowledge of ProE and AutoCAD
  • You are able to work independently
  • You have well-developed presentation skills
  • You exhibit clear verbal and written communication skills
  • You display excellent customer relations skills and listening skills
  • You have the ability to negotiate contracts
  • You have knowledge of marketing and market planning
  • You have the ability to make effective and persuasive arguments
  • You display organizational skills
  • You demonstrate computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • You have the ability to travel 50% of the year
