Your role in our team

  • You will travel to customer sites at a minimum of 50% and additional is preferred
  • You will perform initial commissioning/debug at customer sites
  • You will perform repair, maintenance, or SLA services on equipment at customer sites
  • You will perform advance diagnosis and testing
  • You will demonstrate flexibility to support customer projects with potential short notice and off schedule days
  • You will determine and report defective materials or questionable conditions for further service
  • You will ensure the customer’s machine has a quality cosmetic appearance upon completion
  • You will stay updated on machine designs and latest training with support in OEM assembly
  • You will build spare parts and retrofit assemblies according to prints
  • You will display a positive attitude everyday
  • You will promote the company and fellow employees in a positive manner
  • You will show a strong eagerness to learn
  • You will show initiative towards excelling with the company
  • You will work with internal department team members to process paperwork and reporting
  • You will work on special projects when available for improvements in efficiency, productivity, and cross departmental projects
  • You will clean and organizes work area daily
  • You will attend and participate in company meetings
  • You will complete peer evaluations and self-evaluations as requested

 

Your profile

  • You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • You have experience in manufacturing and automation equipment maintenance/repair
  • You have an associates degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, Machine Assembly Technology, or equivalent preferred
  • You have excellent customer facing skills
  • You are able to read and understand prints and models for mechanical assembly
  • You are able to read and understand prints for Electrical wiring
