Your role in our team

  • You will be responsible for being the first point of contact with our internal customers, providing an advanced level of technical spare parts support and advising on matters related to our high-tech equipment.
  • Active sales and technical consulting for all part-related topics, such as spare parts, recommended retrofits, maintenance, training, etc.
  • You will prepare recommendations of customer specific spare parts
  • You will prepare calculation and cost estimation quotations, including assembly time for spare parts inquiries
  • You will initiate an order and monitor it through delivery and shipping
  • You will monitor and implement parts pertaining to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • You will prepare spare parts packages for machine projects
  • You will enable parts procurement and delivery globally
  • You will understand and use the CRM system to document, escalate, and resolve issues and facilitate timely responses to customers
  • You will serve as liaison between the Körber Pharma sister companies and/or third-party companies on ecosystem sold systems
  • You will provide support for legacy part inquiries
  • You will support customer-oriented development of spare parts related products, especially by recognizing customer needs

 

Your profile

  • You have a High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • You have 5+ years of applicable experience in manufacturing and automation equipment
  • You have experience with Packaging in the Packaging industry with pharmaceutical experience
  • You have Sales Force or CRM experience
  • You possess excellent customer services / technical support skills
  • You possess strong oral and written communication skills
  • You are able to demonstrate mathematical competence
  • You are able to multi-task
  • You have an understanding of parts processing
  • You are able to plan and schedule
  • You are able to demonstrate a high proficiency of computer literacy with common computer programs such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook (Sales Force and ERP systems a plus)
  • You exhibit strong organizational skills
  • You are able to exhibit great attention to detail
  • German Language knowledge a benefit
  • You are able to provide support outside regular business hours as needed
