Your role in our team:

  • You will consult with Project Management, Mechanical Designer(s), Automation Programmer(s) and Controls Designer(s) to develop appropriate documentation and ensure accuracy
  • You will review and understand URS and other documents that outline customer requirements regarding documentation
  • You will work closely with customer representatives to ensure technical documentation meets the customer needs
  • You will develop appropriate plan to meet the documentation requirements and deadlines
  • You will develop systems operator manual after reviewing the operation of machine
  • You will work with Mechanical Designer(s), Automation Programmer(s) and Controls Designer(s) to create, review, and edit biomedical and/or pharmaceutical industry specifications, included but not limited to: FDS, HDS, SDS, DDS, VDS
  • You will work with Engineering team to create and revise machine testing protocols including FAT, SAT, IQOQs
  • You will maintain revision control and complete trace matrixes documents as required
  • You will review documents for logic, clarity, comprehensiveness, relevance and organization, format, flow, grammar, punctuation, and spelling for compliance with customer standards, style guidance, and publication policies
  • You will make recommendations on revisions and documentation template improvements
  • You will demonstrate customer service excellence by clearly and concisely communicating with managers and customers
  • You will remain current on new developments in technical writing and editing

 

Your profile:

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Engineering or equivalent required
  • You have experience in manufacturing environment preferred
  • You demonstrate advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • You display knowledge of the English language including meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
  • You have the ability to understand project timelines and manage time efficiently to meet those deadlines
  • You exhibit strong organizational skills, teamwork skills and attention to detail
  • You have the ability to organize and format information within a document
  • You have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (written, oral, or diagram) and follow with precision
  • You are capable of developing new documentation methods and standards
  • You demonstrate active listening skills by listening and asking appropriate questions
  • You have familiarity with machine construction and application
  • You exhibit clear communication (written and verbal) skills to convey information
  • You demonstrate active learning by learning about new equipment and industry requirements
