Working Student (m/f/d) Marketing, Events & Communications

Your role in our team

 

As a Working Student in the Global Marketing Team, you will support the planning and execution of marketing activities with a strong focus on events, marketing communications, and internal communications. You will gain hands-on experience in an international B2B environment and work closely with colleagues across different areas of marketing.

 

Your responsibilities include:

 

Event Marketing

  • Support the planning and execution of global and regional events, trade shows, customer events, webinars, and open houses
  • Support with event logistics, including registration management, shipping, travel coordination-
  • Maintain event calendars and support project tracking
  • Assist with the preparation of event materials, presentations, giveaways, signage, and booth assets

 

Marketing Communications

  • Assist with content creation for websites, email marketing, social media, presentations, and brochures
  • Help ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across marketing activities
  • Support content updates within marketing systems and digital platforms

 

Internal & External Communications

  • Support the creation of internal communication materials such as newsletters, intranet articles, announcements, and presentations
  • Assist with media monitoring, PR activities, and communication planning
  • Help prepare leadership presentations and communication assets
  • Contribute ideas for storytelling around innovations, events, customer successes, and company initiatives
  • Support project coordination and administrative tasks
  • Help maintain marketing documentation, templates, and digital assets

 

 

Your profile

 

  • Currently enrolled in a program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, Event Management, or a related field
  • Naturally curious about new technologies and eager to work with AI tools
  • Strong interest in marketing, communications, events, and digital channels
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus
  • Proactive, reliable, creative, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in an international environment
