Your role in our team

• Trains other professionals in the subject matter and directly contributes to the success of delivered solutions
• Independently executes key services, manages all stakeholders according to Körber Pharma Software standards in support of identified business purposes and objectives
• Responsible for analyzing and understanding client issues and communicating key insights and findings to product team
• Functions as a supporting role in the design, documentation, and maintenance of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, while being highly vigilant for opportunities to improve the processes
• Organizes best practice product workshops at customer sites with assistance in a teaching role
• Manages, monitors, and implements client work packages according to deployment needs
• Participates in designing client information systems
• Establishes connections with clients and Körber Pharma Software IT personnel for problem resolution
• Analyses client systems with the goal to enhance efficiency, stability, and scalability

Your profile

• A degree in IT / Computer Science or Life Science field
• 3+ years of experience in the life sciences industry using PAS-X
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
• Advanced knowledge in the PAS-X application and in-depth knowledge of life science requirements for MES vendors
• Specialization within a specific domain of expertise
• Integration of previous experience in the further development of the associated services and products
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent social skills and outstanding communication skills for goal-directed interactions with customers
• Willingness to travel (30 - 50% max.)
• Willingness to relocate for project needs in a fast-paced work environment
