Your role in our team

• Prepare, support and assist the co-creation, development and standardization of the PAS-X service portfolio for the global Principal Consulting & Client Advisory services
• Collaborate in the internal and external professional positioning, publicizing and networking on the global Principal Consulting & Client Advisory services
• Assist advisory and consulting activities in larger projects and take over smaller consulting projects fulfilling customer satisfaction
• Create and maintain internal such as external project documentation
• Contribute to the research and consultation on market conditions in Life Science, emerging technologies, trends and service offerings
• Organize and execute best practice Production IT workshops at client´s sites showcasing opportunities in quality, (e)compliance and operational excellence
• Consultation on data integrity and mitigation of compliance risks with PAS-X MES and additional digital toolsets
• Identification and optimization of product throughput times including quality and supply performance with MES and other digital assets
• Collaboration with Sales, Strategic Account Management and project teams in the course of acquisition of projects and services

Your profile

• A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Pharmacy or related field
• Dynamic personality, strong analytical skills, hand-on approach
• Strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with clients and larger groups
• Ability to collaborate in teams and work in different roles
• Significant resilience and assertiveness
• Knowledge of the life science industry
• Interest in fundamental Production IT solutions such as MES, Historian, SAP, LIMS, visualization tools and solid understanding of emerging technologies such as Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AR-VR, IoT, Digital Apps
• Travel willingness of minimum 30% (global)
