Global Manager Pre-Sales Consulting (m/f/d)

Your role in our team

  • You drive the global harmonization of pre-sales services at Werum and continuously improve our pre-sales service standards in order to deliver world-class technical sales support;
  • You drive pre-sales activities including: developing and planning solution presentations, demonstrating conceptual & proposed solutions, providing technical/product guidance in meetings, responding to RFI and RFQs
  • You provide technical guidance to customers in scripted PAS-X MES demonstrations, drive and lead PoCs and technical workshops
  • You are able to convey confidence to customers and win them over with your consultancy background & industry knowledge; you clearly and effectively communicating solution value to business and technical audiences
  • You partner closely with our sales teams, product management and marketing; you are the technical interface to Werum’s Product Management translating new functionalities into sales demos and added value stories for prospects and customers; you align with the Business Consulting team to include best practices in customer workshops
  • You maintain and expand sales demo systems, equipment and marketing materials in accordance with global standards;
  • You prepare and participate in sales shows and conferences

 

Your profile

  • You have gained a relevant degree (bachelor or masters) in science or business administration
  • You offer a strong technical background and at least two years of experience as Solution Engineer, Consultant or in pre-sales roles, with strong customer-facing skills
  • You have in-depth MES product expertise, ideally in PAS-X, and knowledge of key IT systems used in (bio-)pharma manufacturing environments
  • You are familiar with the GMP / Pharma environment and have knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes
  • You have superior listening skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong presentation skills
  • You are enthusiastic about getting things done and helping to convince prospects and  customers
  • You are a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for working in a dynamic environment
  • You are fluent in English (a must) and ideally also fluent in German. An additional language is a plus
  • You are willing to travel globally (rarely long-haul) up to 50%
