Infrastructure & Deployment Product Owner (m/f/d)

Your role in our Team

 

As the Infrastructure & Deployment Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of infrastructure and deployment capabilities across our MES platform. You will work closely with DevOps, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success teams to ensure our solutions are scalable, secure, and easily deployable in regulated environments.

 

Your key responsibilities :

 

  • Product Ownership

    • Own the product backlog for infrastructure and deployment features

    • Define and prioritize user stories, epics, and technical requirements

    • Ensure alignment with overall product strategy and customer needs

  • Infrastructure Strategy

    • Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering to define cloud/on-prem architecture strategies

    • Drive adoption of containerization, orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines

    • Ensure infrastructure supports high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability

  • Deployment Enablement

    • Design deployment models that support multi-tenant SaaS, hybrid, and on-premises installations

    • Work with QA and Release Management to streamline release processes and automation

    • Ensure deployment processes meet GxP and other regulatory requirements

  • Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders

    • Gather feedback from internal teams and customers to refine infrastructure and deployment capabilities

    • Communicate roadmap, progress, and risks effectively

  • Compliance & Security

    • Ensure infrastructure and deployment practices align with pharmaceutical industry standards (e.g., GAMP 5, CFR 21 Part 11)

    • Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams to embed security by design

 

 

Your profile

 

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in software infrastructure or DevOps domains

  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools

  • Experience in regulated industries, preferably pharmaceutical or life sciences

  • Familiarity with MES systems and manufacturing processes is a strong plus

  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills

  • Agile/Scrum experience and certification (e.g., CSPO) preferred
