Manager Sales & Business Consulting EMEA (m/f/d)

We have an outstanding career opportunity available for a role as (Senior) Sales and Business Development Manager in our growing team in Europe. As the market leading MES platform within the Life Science sector, this role offers a significant opportunity to a motivated and enthusiastic candidate looking for a long-term career with significant development.


Your role in our team


  • You will be responsible for leading the sales of the Werum PAS-X MES platform within our existing and prospective client base as well as the portfolio of complimentary products in the Körber Pharma business.
  • You manage the entire life cycle of the sales process from business development activities to grow a sustainable sales funnel to negotiating and closing deals with new and existing customers.
  • You develop and implement our sales strategy and work on growing our revenue to agreed targets
  • You work closely with clients to present the entire product portfolio for Körber Pharma Software (Werum) and are an ambassador for our solutions
  • You create added value for our customers by mapping their requirements against the capability of our products and demonstrating products
  • You work on the strategic development of existing accounts, growing revenue across multiple business types.
  • You are responsible for sales forecasts and for maintaining relevant information within our Salesforce CRM system
  • You represent Körber Pharma at conferences, customer events and workshops.


Your profile


  • You have gained five+ years’ experience in complex automation or IT solutions sales, ideally within the Life Science sector, including thorough understanding of the software project life cycle
  • You bring experience with FDA regulated environments (drug production & validation) and have a sound understanding of pharmaceutical processes and expectations of regulated companies.
  • You have a strong customer focus with superior listening skills and excellent written and verbal communication capability.
  • You are comfortable with working in a matrix organization
  • You are energetic and enthusiastic and are persistent in pursuing sales leads.
  • You’re comfortable working at all levels of customer organization.
  • You’re open to travelling within EMEA (approx. 50%)
