The CRM team organization develops the group-wide platform for Körber Pharma, harmonizes and digitalizes processes, consolidates needs from Sales, Service and Marketing and derives the long-term technology roadmap. Your role in our team

  • As part of an international team, you will manage operational requests and troubleshoot issues, working with diverse user groups and potentially with business leaders
  • You will take responsibility to maintain security such as user accounts, sharing rules, user roles/profiles, field level security, content folder rights, groups and list view rights as well as overall system configuration, incidents and enhancements
  • You will take responsibility for technical screening of incidents and enhancements within our self-created Operation Management tool in SFDC
  • You can be creative and will have the freedom customizing Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views, queues, reports, and dashboards with the goal, creating ideal user experience
  • You will be part of shaping the CRM future at Körber in terms of driving new enhancements and projects for Sales and Service cloud starting from need gathering until User Acceptance Test

 

Your profile

  • 1+ years of previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a large company, ideally with a multinational user/business base
  • High score on “Trailhead” and/or Salesforce Administrator Certificate would be highly appreciated
  • Furthermore, you have the ability to work independently and project-oriented in a dynamic working environment
  • You have an hands-on and team player mentality and you like working in an agile environment
  • Fluent in German and English is a must and you have strong communication skills
  • You are experienced working with PowerPoint and Excel and you are familiar with the Microsoft Office Package (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • You completed studies in informatics, business informatics or business administration (Bachelor or Master) and/or have a deep understanding administrating Salesforce platform based on your professional experiences
