Your role in our team
- You will define and drive the AI product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs in pharma/biotech manufacturing
- Identify opportunities for AI/ML to solve real-world problems in areas such as batch release, deviation management, predictive maintenance, and quality assurance
- Elaborate business cases related to AI initiatives, highlighting expected costs and revenue, to be presented to the company leadership for approval
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, regulatory experts, and UX designers to deliver AI-powered features and products
- You will partner with commercial and customer success teams to gather feedback and ensure product-market fit
- Support Product Owners in translating complex AI concepts into clear product requirements and user stories
- Coach and help Product Owners find the right solutions to problems by evaluating ideas in terms of value, customer perspective, and risks. Provide guidance and motivation to ensure there is product and technical consistency across the portfolio that spans the needs of the business
- Prioritize features and manage the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of high-impact solutions
- Ensure AI models are explainable, auditable, and compliant with GxP and other regulatory standards
- You will engage with customers, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to understand pain points and emerging trends
- Monitor the competitive landscape and evolving AI technologies relevant to pharma manufacturing
- Collaborate with our Product Marketing team to define the relevant pricing and licensing models for new products
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML products
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and model lifecycle management
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or manufacturing IT domain is highly preferred
- Familiarity with GxP, GMP, and regulatory requirements in life sciences
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Fluent in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and work effectively across teams
- Skilled at balancing technical depth with user-centric thinking in multicultural, geographically distributed, and matrixed environments
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills; enjoys solving complex problems and working with data
