In this varied and responsible position, your technical know-how is in demand,
when it comes to the technical service support of our highly complex and interesting high-tech packaging machines.

Your role in our team

• Independent execution of various service tasks such as maintenance, troubleshooting, machine and process optimisation as well as extensive retrofitting work and upgrades on our packaging machines at our customers worldwide
• Internal commissioning and customer acceptance of our packaging machines in cooperation with the assembly department
• Installation and commissioning of our packaging lines up to and including qualification and final acceptance at the customer's site
• Training of customer personnel

Your profile

You are a good communicator and have a confident and competent manner in dealing with our customers. Thanks to your independent, analytical and solution-oriented way of working, you are happy to take on any challenge.

• Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electrician or polymechanic
• Professional experience as a service technician
• Experience in machine or plant construction
• Skilled in dealing with complex mechanical, pneumatic and electrical systems
• Good knowledge of German and English are mandatory
• Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
• PLC knowledge is advantageous (B&R control, Siemens S7)
• Willingness to travel for international service assignments (approx. 70-80% travel)
