Your role in our team

• Direct report to CEO of Körber Pharma Inspection GmbH
• You collect and consolidate market and customer information to derive strategic decisions
• Regular exchange with customer’s key decision makers
• Leading a department of 6 product managers and product owners with further growth potential
• Responsible for setup of the annual product-market strategy aligned with the Business Area “Pharma”
• Shaping the machinery, software and service portfolio and pushing digital products
• Business development for new product launches
• Strong connector between sales and technical departments
• Competitor and lost order monitoring

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Biotechnology, Pharma Science or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years working experience, work or educational experience abroad is a plus
• Experience in leading a team, a previous function as a product manager, product owner, business developer or technical team lead is beneficial
• Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical industry, knowledge of computer vision is a plus
• Highly proficient MS-Office user
• Fluent in German, business proficient in English
• Strategic mindset and analytical decision making
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Motivating team player
• Creative mind with affinity for machines and software

We develop new inspection technologies, automation solutions to control complex production and packaging lines for pharmaceutical products.
