Your role in our team

  • You manage national and international projects in a regulated industry that span one or multiple lines of business through the full project life cycle

  • You lead projects across other regional teams

  • You are comfortable interacting with C-level suite

  • You create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate including project staffing, resource management, and budgeting

  • You interface with clients and relevant staff on assigned projects and promote positive relationships

  • You have budget and profit responsibility in the context of IT project management

  • You’ll provide timely and professional presentations to the Project Management Team and the Client

  • You are responsible for risk and issue identification, reporting, and management

  • You establish, control and manage the customer interface

  • You will develop and advance the project management processes

  • You execute project-related control tasks in close contact with the internal control team

  • You advise the customer in terms of project management and implementation of business requirements

  • You provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones

  • You manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned

  • You work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence

  • You participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization

  • You procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes

  • You will coach, mentor, and motivate the project team

  • You’ll deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication

Your profile

  • You possess at least a bachelor of science degree in a science or computer science field is required, an MBA or master of science degree is preferred

  • You have knowledge of MES / ERP systems general architecture; Broad understanding of business functions

  • You have a minimum of three years of professional and management experience in a comparable position and supervising projects with at least three full-time employees preferably in a matrix organization

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic personality

  • Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • You preferably have IPMA level D/C or a comparable PMI certification

  • You preferably have experience in GMP and MES projects, SAP, international IT project management, and creating and updating SDLC documents

  • You have strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations

  • You are experienced leading, motivating, and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance

  • You have strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management

  • You are comfortable influencing and gaining buy-in from executives sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and peers

  • You are flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • You possess interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross-functional environment

  • You can demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, and identifying priorities
