Your role in our team

  • You will implement company culture, values and policies
  • You will grow workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
  • You will promote employee advancement/ employee recognition efforts
  • You will advocate for employee retention and development (maintain and improve apprenticeship program).
  • You will manage data entry and maintenance of employee records
  • You will manage New Hire Orientation Process
  • You will bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • You will participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
  • You will manage other duties as assigned

 

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related discipline.
  • You have at least five years of professional experience across all HR disciplines, including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, workers compensation and conflict resolution.
  • You have experience working with a diverse workforce.
  • Your experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Your experience working in a printing environment is preferred.
  • Your payroll experience is preferred.
  • Your bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) skill is preferred.
  • You are decisive and self-confident.
  • You maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • You demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior.
  • You remain flexible and adapt to changes in the work environment.
  • You have excellent time-management, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.
  • You work accurately with close attention to detail.
  • You possess a work ethic that includes neatness, punctuality, and accuracy.
  • You exhibit a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • You have basic computer skills, including e-mail, EXCEL, Word processing.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the workforce, and resource personnel internal and external.
