Data Scientist (m/f/d) - Reporting & Analytics
Your role in our team
As a Data Scientist (m/f/d), you will drive data-driven decision-making across our organization. You will design and develop new data products for our service business, with a particular focus on company-wide reporting. In the future, you will also support organizational development through the introduction and application of process mining tools for process analysis and optimization.
In addition, you will be responsible for further data-related development initiatives and provide valuable insights through your analyses to support strategic decision-making. Your work will strengthen a data-driven culture and enable data-powered services, giving you a direct impact on the success of the entire organization.
- Design and develop data models based on SAP Datasphere
- Create analytical dashboards and reports with defined KPIs in SAP Analytics Cloud and identify optimization opportunities based on the results
- Implement, document, and roll out developed data models
- Lead data-driven projects and initiatives as a Project Manager or Program Manager
- Build and implement a Process Mining solution to enable root cause analyses
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong passion for data, analytics, and business processes, combined with excellent conceptual thinking skills
- Strong technical capabilities and the ability to solve complex business challenges in a structured manner
- Good understanding of business contexts and the ability to identify opportunities where data analytics can improve processes and performance
- Solid knowledge of data analysis methods and models
- Confident working with large datasets and experienced in using databases and data visualization tools
- Proficient to advanced knowledge of SQL and practical experience with SAP; knowledge of Python is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly, persuasively, and in a stakeholder-oriented manner
