Your role with our team

  • You will participate in system design planning, review, and implementation with peers and partners to create enterprise SaaS solutions built on AWS and other cloud providers.
  • You will develop and maintain standards for cloud platforms, operating systems, security, blueprints and artifacts.
  • You will collaborate with peers and partners in the execution of technology product evaluations, code reviews, proof of concepts, pilots and the technology adoption life cycles.
  • You will manage the delivery of programmable infrastructure (Infrastructure as Code), Security by Design and automation/orchestration such as network, security, server, IAM, OS and applications.
  • You will recommend modifications to systems in order to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance for delivering application and infrastructure in the cloud.
  • You will exhibit commitment to data security and integrity, quality, reliability, uptime and customer satisfaction
  • You will become a subject matter expert for implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) for Infrastructure as Code, Tools and various levels of automated testing
  • You will develop server-less and container solutions
  • You will participate in agile infrastructure and software development, Scrum and Sprints
  • You will provide operational support for Cloud Support organization for services and products



Your profile

  • You have a BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
  • You have certifications in cloud computing (AWS Solution Architect, SysOps Administrator, Developer, etc.)
  • You have experience in systems management in a cloud-computing environment including the use of virtualization, load balancing, auto-scaling, networked storage, etc.
  • You have knowledge of quality ensuring measures, such as unit and acceptance testing
  • You have exceptional oral and written communication skills and work well in a distributed team environment where the goal is to spread knowledge.
  • You have demonstrated ability to generate and maintain technical documentation.
  • You have the ability to estimate efforts, commit to timelines and complete technical tasks on time
  • You have experience with AWS technologies including solid understanding of S3, EBS, EC2, EFS, RDS, ECS, EKS, IAM, ELB/ALB, VPC, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, KMS, System Manager, Route53, Secrets Manager.
  • You have extensive knowledge of container technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, AWS EKS, Docker, AWS ECS, etc.) and proven ability to deploy and maintain complex clusters
  • You have knowledge of networking fundamentals and network requirements for cloud to on premise connectivity.
  • You have the ability to code/script in administrative type languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Bash, Ruby), but also traditional programming languages such as Java as well as data serialization languages (JSON, YAML)
  • You have hands on design experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.)
  • You have knowledge of relational databases; particularly Oracle 19c and later as well as PostgreSQL (current versions) with in depth SQL expertise.
  • You have Experience with orchestration technologies (e.g. AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, etc.)
  • You have demonstrated ability to deploy and apply cloud-based software development tools and methodologies (e.g. Git, CI/CD, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline, Build Automation and Testing, etc.)
  • You have experience in operating on premise and cloud infrastructure and applications.
  • You have experience installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, storage arrays, and clusters.
  • You have extensive hands-on experience with Linux systems (AmazonLinux/Redhat/CentOS or similar distributions) and Windows (2012 R2 and 2016) along with system services like DNS/DHCP, NFS, SYSLOG, SSH, SSL, etc.
  • You have understanding of test automation and its application in cloud environments
  • You have knowledge of GxP and GAMP; generally regulated industries and environments
