(Senior) Account Manager EMEA (m/w/d)

We have an outstanding career opportunity available for a role as (Senior) Account Manager (m/f/d) in our growing team in Europe. The candidate will be responsible for leading the sales of our PAS-X MES platform within our existing client base as well as the portfolio of complimentary products in the Körber Pharma business. The Account Manager is responsible for managing the entire life cycle of the sales process from business development activities to grow a sustainable sales funnel to negotiating and closing deals with existing customers.

The (Senior) Account Manager can either work from on of our European offices or fully remote

 

Your role in our team

 

  • You assume responsibility for dedicated accounts in EMEA to retain and grow our market share with existing customers
  • You develop and implement strategies for your accounts, growing revenue across multiple business types
  • You dig deep and develop an in-depth understanding of our client's business, industry trends and market forces affecting their business and product needs
  • You work closely with clients to present our product portfolio and clearly communicate our solution value to different audiences
  • Creating and quantifying value to our customers by mapping requirements is part of your day-to-day business, this includes technical product demonstrations
  • You maintain all customer related information in our Salesforce CRM

 

Your profile

 

  • You have gained around five years' experience in selling complex IT solutions, and have a thorough understanding of the software product life cycle
  • You have gained a degree in science, engineering or business administration 
  • Ideally, you have experience with FDA regulated environments (drug production & validation), sound understanding of pharmaceutical processes / a regulated environment is a plus
  • You have a strong customer focus and great listening skills, and can put yourself in the customer's shoes regarding their needs and goals
  • You are action-orientated and results driven.
  • You are energetic and enthusiastic
  • You’re comfortable with working at all levels of our customer organization.
  • You’re open to travelling within EMEA (approx. 30%)
