Inside Sales Representative

Your role in our team

  • You will assume responsibility of the lead generation process for new sales via cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
  • You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the sales process with CRM tools.
  • You will work with the new sales team to turn qualified leads into real sales opportunities.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring maintenance contracts are created and sent out
  • You will assist sales members with contract generation when needed.
  • You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create sales campaigns
  • You will map target customer organizations and identify key contacts to further extend sales within customer organizations.
  • You may participate at trade shows and conferences.

 

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor of Science or Business Administration Degree.
  • You have a minimum 1-4 years of experience in sales.
  • You are persistent in pursuing sales leads with a strong hunter mentality. (Would consider moving this up on list, arguably most important skill)
  • You have knowledge of key IT systems used in pharmaceutical and bio-pharmaceutical environments (this is a plus).
  • You possess knowledge of Pharma 4.0 concepts and the achievable benefits (this is a plus).
  • You have experience using digital marketing & sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • You possess excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as persuasive presentation skills.
  • You are self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic.
  • You have strong relationship-building skills. You can work within matrix organizations.
  • You are persistent in pursuing sales leads with a strong hunter mentality.
  • You have the ability to quickly learn software functionality.
