We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at Koerber Pharma Software.You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting the broader sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for many prospective clients and a key contributor to our customer engagement strategy.

Your role in our team 

  • You will generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital campaigns 
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospects in CRM systems 
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups for Account Managers 
  • You will respond to inbound inquiries and provide product information to potential clients 
  • Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and lead generation efforts 
  • Assist in proposal development and quote preparation 
  • Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs 
  • You will stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and product updates 
  • Support customer onboarding and handoff to implementation teams 

 

Your profile 

  • Your bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field is preferred 
  • Your prior experience in software sales or life sciences is a plus 
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities 
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication platforms 
  • You are energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented 
  • Able to work collaboratively across teams and departments
