Your role in our team:
- You will drive market visibility in North America via marketing campaigns, and online / offline advertising – reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing with collaboration with Corporate Marketing and Agencies.
- You will generate demand and quality leads across multiple marketing channels.
- You will develop effective sales tools, including sales presentations, brochures, eBooks, etc.
- You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of major trade shows, educational summits, customer events, sales meetings, and other internal / external events as they arise.
- You will determine event and marketing execution plan (pre, during and post) events.
- You will determine best approach to demonstrate Körber offerings to align with brand guidelines.
- You will ensure corporate identity-rules are kept by design and approval of various event and promotional items.
- You will establish and manage ROI, timelines, budgets, and workflows to deliver against objectives and deadline requirements.
- You will support the development of the annual strategic event calendar based on divisional direction and industry insight.
- You will support the scheduling and coordination of speakers at key trade shows and conferences.
- You will organize multiple stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, PR, HQ and Management as necessary for each event.
- You will identify and manage internal and external services - exhibitor vendors, event services, hotel/travel, freight and logistics.
- You will support communication internally and externally to ensure proper participation throughout the organization and with customers
- You will be responsible for making regular decisions for tradeshow and even execution that include vendor management, exhibit design, budget management and overall show execution plan.
Your profile:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
- You have 3 plus years’ relevant experience
- You have experience coordinating comprehensive event marketing plans, including pre-event communications, at-event experience, and post-event communication plans
- You have experience with new exhibit design and exhibit management company selection
- You have experience with exhibit budget development and management
- You possess strong knowledge of event management including event planning, execution, and marketing
- You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint as well as flexibility with similar alternative programs
- You are familiar with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools)
- You exhibit clear verbal and written communication skills, and follow instructions with precision
- You possess strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- You possess excellent understanding and management of company budgets
- You exhibit self-evident handling of the digital communication media as well as the usual work programs (e.g. Content Management System)
- You demonstrate computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- You are able to work cross-function, cross-business, cross-region and with various organization levels
- You are able to understand technical products and to emphasize the benefits for the customer
- You are able to manage multiple, time sensitive and sometimes ambiguous projects
- You possess a flexible personality and are a quick learner who operates with a sense of urgency
- You have the ability to self-manage with strong personal work ethic
