For our office in Vienna, Austria (or remote within Austria, Germany and Hungary) we have an outstanding career opportunity for a Junior Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) looking to work for an industry leading Software Firm within the pharmaceutical and bio-pharmaceutical industry. You will play a critical role in supporting existing customer using our data management and analytical software solution PAS-X Savvy.

Savvy is part of Körber Pharma Software. The division lives a high level of start-up culture and provides data science and statistics services to optimize, validate and licensure biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes.


PAS-X Savvy helps customers to accelerate their time to market for new product scale-up from laboratory scale to commercial production. By applying latest data science methods such as Enhanced Multivariate Analysis and Artificial Intelligence, developed by our dedicated and experienced product team, the solution will give customers unmatched data visualization, management and collaboration opportunity in the true sense of Pharma 4.0.

Your role in our team


  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify potential upsell opportunities and ensure customer retention
  • Provide training and support to customers on the use of our products
  • Quotation preparation for recurring offers
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, and work with the appropriate internal teams to resolve them in a timely manner
  • Monitor customer usage and provide insights and recommendations to improve their experience
  • Support software release testing and roll out
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support
  • Elevate sales team by in-house trainings and offerings to understand solutions
  • Attending trade shows and exhibitions, conferences and meetings
  • Assistance to meet sales targets of the organization
  • Support Product Development with interests from existing customer
  • Coordinate and control software update across all existing customer
  • Lead Special Interest Group


Your profile


  • You possess a Bachelor’s degree in science or business
  • You have a minimum 1 year of work experience and first experiences in technical sales or customer success/support
  • A basic understanding of the life science industry is a plus
  • Technical affinity to learn new technical tools
  • You are comfortable working in a fast growing and paced environment
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English such as very good German profiency 
  • Ability to travel, potentially 10-20% of the time

We offer an attractive salary package in line with your qualification, experience and individual competencies. We are legally obliged to state that the minimum salary for this position refers to the applicable collective agreement, which is EUR 50.000,00 p.a. (based on full-time). Of course, we are willing to pay a market-rate salary depending on your qualifications and professional background.
