Warehouse Team Lead

Your role in our team

  • You will assist with hiring and training of team members
  • You will oversee the daily workflow; oversee scheduling and assignments of the assigned team
  • You will conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
  • You will ensure that the necessary equipment is available and in working order to complete assignments
  • You will lead team in conducting daily safety checks on equipment, including forklift trucks, and Körber’s courier truck (Box Truck)
  • You will inspect quality and quantity of supplies and equipment delivered to the team
  • You will verify that outgoing deliveries meet company quality standards and that order slips match and have the appropriate signatures
  • You will keep team members informed about rules, regulations, policies, and objectives
  • You will maintain detailed and accurate work records
  • You will collaborate with the team to identify ways to improve department effectiveness; implements viable ideas • Resolve conflicts that arise among team members and/or other employees
  • You will order new equipment as requested by management
  • You will perform other related duties as assigned

Your profile

  • You have an associate’s degree required in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or Operations Management. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • You have 3+ years in a leadership role
  • You have experience in manufacturing environment preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a record clean driving history for last five year.
