Your role in our team
- You will maintain up to date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect target (North America) markets
- You will maintain up to date working knowledge of newly developing technologies and manufacturing practices
- You will facilitate and maintain long term relationships with Industry organizations, Partner companies and Engineering companies
- You will provide guidance and participate in industry conferences and trade shows
- You will organize and lead ongoing market trend discussions with North America teams, and report findings to relevant global teams
- You will conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess competition
- You will work with Head of Sales to develop and refine new business initiatives
- You will work directly across multiple departments to develop new business initiatives
- You will work independently and strategically to develop new business opportunities
- You will provide recurring market analysis to advise management of opportunities
- You will travel to customer base and Körber companies (international) as required
- You will act in compliance with the company’s employee manual
- You will interface cross functionally to ensure seamless transfer of information
Your profile
- You have a B.S. in engineering, business or related technical field
- You have a minimum seven years’ similar professional experience in relevant environment
- You have in depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, specifically sterile filling, inspection and secondary packaging
- You have the ability to work independently
- You have well-developed presentation skills
- You have clear verbal and written communication skills
- You have knowledge of marketing and market planning
- You have the ability to make effective and persuasive arguments
- You have computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- You have the ability to travel 50% of the year
