Administrator Telemarketing Central/DACH Region(m/w/d)

We are looking for a Telemarketing Associate to join our growing Telemarketing team. The key responsibilities of this role include qualifying and following up leads from marketing campaigns and actively generating new leads using relevant outbound activities. The position requires a high level of self-motivation, organisation and commitment.

As the successful candidate, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a strong interest in furthering your knowledge of supply chain software. You also have strong business acumen and a talent for educating potential customers about Körber's value proposition and the benefits of our technologies. Ideally, you have already gained some experience in telemarketing or have worked as a Business Development Representative in a B2B company.

Your role in our team


  • You act at the interface of sales, marketing and customer
  • You will be responsible for the pre-qualification of leads and forwarding them to the responsible sales representatives
  • You will identify potential customers and actively approach them by means of direct contact and coordinate follow-up meetings with the sales department
  • You identify customer requirements in telephone calls and short product presentations
  • You conduct high-level meetings - with senior representatives of client and prospect companies
  • You independently conduct contact research using common prospecting tools as a basis for new customer acquisition
  • You answer all enquiries with an awareness of their urgency and make contact with your marketing leads within the shortest time possible
  • You use the CRM system and document all your lead generation activities
  • You create reports on lead results
  • You regularly talk to the sales department about the follow-up of marketing leads



Your profile 


  • Bachelor's degree from a recognised university or comparable academic degree
  • At least one year of experience in telemarketing, field sales and software sales
  • Ideally, you will have had previous experience in retail, wholesale, manufacturing, transportation or knowledge of supply chain software (WMS, TMS, ERP, etc.), but more importantly, you will be enthusiastic about working in the technology sales field
  • High ethical and moral standards, as Körber is all about transparency and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Efficient time management
  • Strong problem solving skills, aptitude for abstract thinking
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude

  • Confident in dealing with a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Motivation, drive and initiative
  • Experience with CRM solutions (Salesforce)
  • German fluently and good English skills
