Your role in our team

• Develop technical eLearning training, courses, and enablement materials for Körber supply chain solutions
• Design, document, and integrate concepts and materials for instructional environment
• Prepare programming exercises for classroom training
• Interact with content consumers to incorporate enhancements to training materials
• Configure, install, and maintain software applications for creating virtual labs
• Install and maintain other software and hardware as needed
• Produce exam questions aligned to training courses
• Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of training courses

Your Position

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field
• You have 2+ years of experience in curriculum and/or eLearning content development in the area of programming, software development, etc.
• You have experience with audio/video software: Camtasia, Audacity, Articulate or similar
• You have knowledge of learning theories, instructional design models, and strategies
• You are familiar with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS or Azure) and cloud technologies ( e.g Kubernetes, Docker)
• You have an understanding of API endpoints (e.g. REST) and databases (e.g. Postgres, MySQL, Spark, Elastic Search)
• You have working knowledge in project tracking software (e.g. MS Project, Jira, etc.)
• You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• You love challenges and are a great problem-solver
• You have outstanding analytical and system-thinking skills
• You have excellent oral/verbal communication, reporting, and writing skills in English
• You are well-organized and self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity and advancing multiple projects at the same time
