We have a full-time position available for a call center Support Services Representative in our Retail Furniture Inventory Management Software System division in Colorado Springs. As a member of our customer support team, this successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service to our clients.

 

 

Your role in our team

  • You administer consistent quality customer support through calls and emails

  • You respond to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence

  • You have complete ownership of support calls and ensure timely follow-up through call resolution

  • You are responsible for troubleshooting, testing and resolution of issues reported in various versions of the software

  • You are a team player - effectively collaborate with coworkers to resolve reported client issues and provide solutions

  • You are able to promptly and thoroughly provide quality assurance testing of RETAILvantage software prior to version release dates

  • You have the ability to educate clients to enhance user experience and build product loyalty.

 

Your profile

  • You have strong critical thinking, problem solving and troubleshooting skills, a must

  • You take Initiative to research software related inquiries/problems and determine the best applicable resolution

  • You have strong customer service skills along with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • You have intermediate computer skills and experience with Office Suite, Windows operating systems

  • You are able to react to change efficiently and handle other essential tasks promptly as assigned

  • You work well under pressure and are able to maintain poise in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

  • You have the ability to work independently and are a self-starter

  • You desire to continually enhance knowledge and apply knowledge gained

  • You have basic Accounting knowledge and/or Accounting software background, preferred

  • You have Quality Assurance testing experience, preferred
