Marketing Specialist – Demand Generation

The Demand Generation Specialist supports the delivery of revenue impacting marketing programs aligned with our product line strategy and initiatives. This role will be responsible for executing multi-touch demand creation programs that leverage both inbound and outbound tactics. Collaboration with other members of the marketing team to execute a promotional plan for our software solutions including event and digital lead generation as key duties. In addition to having a deep understanding of the demand process and related technologies, this role must build a win-win, trusting relationship with sales.


Tasks

  • Plan and execute all demand generation programs. Campaigns include email, webinars, PPL programs, account-based marketing, predictive analytics, display and social media advertising, complex nurture tracks and database segmentation
  • Produce landing pages, email assets, and automated workflows to support the execution of digital campaigns in the marketing automation system
  • Perform ongoing campaign optimization through execution and analysis of A/B tests
  • Manage tasks and tactics associated with tradeshows and conferences; project manage to a defined timeline
  • Collaborate to define and improve processes and systems that support the deployment of demand generation programs and marketing-sales alignment
  • Build and maintain overall marketing calendar and manage campaign projects to completion in a timely manner
  • Work closely with sales and marketing leaders to monitor all projects fueling demand gen, funnel performance, identify performance gaps and/or opportunities, and make recommendations to allocate programs funds to maximize ROI
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on campaign performance and the impact of marketing activities on sales pipeline (MQLs & SQLs), revenue and sales cycle length to ensure activities are driving leads with the most pipeline opportunity. Present these results to management and the executive team, and based on results, optimize over time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a Marketing / related field
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Organization skills – Marketing campaign planning/execution, Automation (HubSpot/Marketo), CRM (NetSuite/SalesForce), Project Management (Asana/Align) a plus
  • Up to 20% Travel (domestic)
