Your role in our team
- Responsible for strategy, planning, leadership and coordination of the performance of the entire inbound, internal log, outbound and transport system.
- Ensure the accuracy of the inventory figures, through the physical movements of materials in line with the management systems (ERP) and the execution of the legally required annual inventory.
- Supervise the existent stocks, analyzing rotation, value and interfacing with Purchasing and MRP controlling to fine tune the amount on stock according to project pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate all logistics processes of inbound, intralogistics, outbound, and transportation, developing improvement plans, innovation projects and short and long term goals.
- Coordinate all resources allocated to supply, intralogistics, distribution and transportation services to ensure that the explicit and implicit needs of the company and its customers (internal and external) are met in a timely manner.
- Manage the costs associated with the resources (human, technical and FSE's) applied to logistics, in order to maximize efficiency and absolute synchronism (time, place, quantity and quality) of the organization's needs.
- Train, lead and motivate the Logistics team, in order to develop their diverse technical and behavioral competencies, ensuring the induction of adequate training, to each profile. Establish expectations / goals and measure performance.
- Promote in the team the need to establish and maintain professional and cordial relationships with customers (internal and external), suppliers, business partners and other stakeholders. Resolve conflicts between employees, departments, and other entities as required.
- Promote the continuous improvement process, often re-evaluating processes and working methods. Ensure compliance with the company's policy for quality, environment and safety
- Contributes with tactical and operational inputs to support executive direction in decision-making, related to planning, budget, economic / financial control and human resources, in order to achieve the objectives that the organization has proposed.
Your profile
- Degree in Logistics or Engineering Industrial Management with specialization in Logistics
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar functions and Team Management
- Good Planning and Organization Skills
- Resilience when dealing with different stakeholders and priorities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Solid knowledge of financial management
- Experience with SAP
- English: fluent (both verbal and written)
