Your role in our team
Ensure the realization of projects from A to Z, since the awarding of the contract until its completion, in accordance with superior guidelines, standards, internal procedures, applicable legislation and good practices of construction and Project Management. Ensure project compliance with established deadlines, and budgeted costs, as well as ensure the quality of the activities carried out.
Main responsibilities
'• Carry out the efficient management of several projects and ensure that the methodology used is applied consistently and transversally to the organization, in its different aspects, namely time, cost and quality of the project.
• Promote and ensure compliance with the rules of Health and Safety at Work.
• Monitor the Progress of the various activities, along the project lifecycle to ensure project implementation in accordance with contractual working plan.
• Ensure timely resolution of all points identified on the Snag List.
• Implement control measures to avoid delays and project risks
• Conduct the analysis and control of the operational costs associated with the projects, in order to ensure compliance with the previously defined budget and safeguard the margins and profitability inherent in the various contracts.
• Identify business opportunities in the course of projects, in order to promote additional orders.
• Ensure the compilation, management and organization of all project documentation, in order to create a specific folder for internal consultation and for subsequent delivery to the customer.
• Promote the continuous improvement process, often re-evaluating processes and working methods. Ensure compliance with the company's policy for quality, environment and safety.
• Ensure the information reportings for the management area (performance indicators) in order to provide the necessary information for decision making processes.
• Ensure conformity with Compliance issues, namely ensuring observance with legal obligations and with internal and external regulations imposed on the company's activities.
Your profile
- Degree in Mechanical or automation Engineering.
- QEH&S Standards
- User-level MS Office;Ms Project
- Solid English skills (verbal and written)
- Minimum 3-6 years’ experience in similar positions
