We have a full-time position available for a Development Engineer in our Bloomington, MN office. This position will be responsible for development, implementation, and support of development processes to ensure that all software meets the quality standards of Körber. Development Engineers take a hands-on role in the design and development of applications, working alongside senior personnel on mission critical applications that power the supply chains of hundreds of domestic and international customers. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy the challenge of solving business problems with software, are passionate about results, and eager to learn. 



  • Execute quality initiatives proposed by the Team Lead or Director, Development using tools such as Visual Studio Team Services, SonarQube and WhiteSource.
  • Produce high quality code. While we have QA and validation teams, we expect developers to always write unit test
  • Use industry best practices and coding standards
  • Participate in peer reviews and provide feedback on architecture and code
  • Support, maintain and administer deployed solutions
  • Have a customer-focused mindset for delivering a product that is centered around a great rider experience
  • Be an active participant in and help enhance a mature agile environment
  • Take necessary measures to ensure cross-pollination of feature architecture and development
  • Help build and maintain high team morale



  • Bachelor’s degree (QA, Computer Science, or related field) or equivalent work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, often under deadlines, and work independently
  • Programming languages such as C#, PL/SQL, typescript
  • Experience with odata, HMTL5, Javascript, Knockout, Azure DevOps, and git is preferred
