Manager Partner Operations

Körber is looking for an experienced Global Partner Operations Manager to join our global team and support the Körber Evolve Partner Program.

This person should have experience managing and driving software partner programs, benefits, and incentives. The manager is required to work cross-functionally and -regionally to ensure operational success, ease of doing business as well as the ability to use a data-driven approach while incorporating partner feedback and internal feedback to optimize the Körber Evolve Partner Program.

The ideal candidate will also have experience drafting/editing program materials and communications, maintaining partner portal content, and executing special projects in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.


Your role in our team 

  • You will serve as a subject-matter expert on all aspects of the Körber Evolve Partner Program with the ability to collaborate on the development of program enablement and deliver it both internally and externally

  • Execute operational activities and be a leader within the organization for partner program management, partner tools, partner inbox, and day-to-day support of the Evolve ecosystem

  • Oversee and facilitate the onboarding process for new partners, including but not limited to partner applications, partner contracts, and partner due diligence

  • Monitor partner performance within the Evolve program, including ongoing pipeline reporting, quarterly reviews, and annual business planning

  • Select, set up, and administer the Partner Relationship Management system.

  • Ability to accurately document business processes and contribute to continuously improving partner assets and the partner experience

  • Represent the partner team in operational/business projects supporting our partners


Your profile

  • Minimum 5-7 years of partner experience in software companies working with partners (i.e. Managed services providers, consulting & services partners, resellers, strategic alliances) across multiple geographies

  • Strong experience in partner program management, day-to-day partner operations, and project management

  • Strong experience drafting and/or partner content (i.e. guides, infographics, incentive rules & requirements, portal page copy, partner communications)

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and detailed project management skills

  • Organized, detailed oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects at once

  • Self-starter and excellent problem solver via collaboration

  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally across organizations

  • Willingness to listen, learn and incorporate the ideas of others into all aspects of a job

  • Comfortable with travel up to 10%
