Marketing Operations Specialist

 

Own the strategy, design, execution, and operations of the business's lead marketing processes, marketing databases, marketing automation solutions, and tracking performance in order to plan, report, and conduct analyses. In essence, our marketing operations specialist must own the evaluation, implementation, and management of marketing technology systems. Understand the data that technology creates and making sure that marketing automation data is being properly collected and connected with other systems such as our CRM. The Marketing Operations Specialist must be able to work with cross-functional teams, linking their needs to marketing goals. Identify and evaluate new digital technologies that will optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and website user experience. Drive results through collaboration with other marketing areas such as product marketing, field marketing, and corporate communications.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building, testing, and deploying email campaigns across global marketing teams.
  • Understand business needs and assist in transforming those into functional business marketing campaigns by collaborating with field and product marketing.
  • Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-term issues that must be addressed.
  • Owns the integrations and data between marketing automation tools and CRM’s
  • Controls and facilitates technology stacks, licenses and closely monitors renewal periods for software licensing.
  • Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals.
    • Track and measure contacts and lead flow into CRM’s such as Netsuite and Salesforce.
  • Provide support to creative, strategy and analytics teams.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Acts as a member of shared services to assist in the marketing execution of global and localized branding and campaign initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and alert stakeholders regarding performance issues or lead generation problems.
  • Escalates major roadblocks or risk factors to the team and work collaboratively to quickly resolve issues.
  • Suggests activities for improving the quality of online content

 

Required Experience:

 

  • Bachelors Degree or Relevant Working Experience
  • 4+ years of experience managing marketing lead data in both marketing automation tools and end-point CRM’s. (Netsuite or Salesforce a Plus)
  • 4+ years experience in the development and execution of email and other digital marketing campaigns using enterprise-level systems.
    • Building emails, forms, and landing pages.
    • Hubspot / Marketo experience a plus
    • Marketo Certification Highly Desired
  • Full understanding of campaign marketing from start to finish
  • Must be able to receive high-level direction and develop solutions independently
  • Experience in a data-driven role that drives insights and strategy for the business
  • Exceptional analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work for a global company with teams across the world

 

Prefered Exerience:

 

  • Marketo Certification is highly desired.
  • Both Hubspot and Marketo experience
