We have a full-time position available for a Customer Advocacy Marketing Specialist. This role deploys customer advocacy and reference programs to drive loyalty, retention and growth. They understand the business requirements for customer advocacy and reference programs to enable Körber to meet these requirements with people, processes and technologies. This role will drive results in MQLs/SQLs and closed revenue within customer base

 


Tasks

  • Customer advocacy
    • Identify potential advocates with sales and account management
    • Recruit advocates
    • Communicate with advocates
    • Activate advocates throughout the buyer’s journey and customer lifecycle
  • Reference, Referral and Advocacy programs for North America:
    • Deliver and manage the reference program
    • Deliver and manage the referral program
    • Deliver and manage the advocacy program
  • Additional responsibilities:
    • Create approach to reward advocates
    • Determine gamification or loyalty element of programs
    • Collect advocate feedback and insight
    • Catalogue customer evidence (i.e., case studies, testimonials, references)
    • Drive internal adoption of advocacy and reference programs
    • Measure advocate activity
    • Track advocacy impact, report on advocacy impact & take action on advocate feedback

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in marketing
  • 2+ years industry related experience (supply chain software or logistics)
  • 2+ years B2B marketing experience with technology preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Organizational skills – marketing campaign & program planning/execution, Automation (Marketo), CRM (NetSuite/Salesforce), project management (Asana)
  • Experience working with or in customer service or sales
  • Attention to detail
