We have a full-time position available for a Voice Pre-Sales Consultant to join our pre-sales team. This role is a trusted advisor for presenting and demonstrating Körber Supply Chain solutions to clients during the sales process and acts as the technical bridge supporting sales and prospects. This position will add value throughout the sales process in the areas of supply chain requirements analysis, business process consulting and by conducting in-depth product demonstrations. This role is responsible for reviewing proposals, providing on-site consulting, develop and present ROI Analysis for Voice solutions and executing sales presentations to prospects. Technical and presentation skills are essential for success in this role, as well as having the ability to understand supply chain business process flow. Typically requires 5-10 years of supply chain knowledge.


Your role in our team

  • You will act as a trusted advisor to prospects and internal resources.
  • You will understand prospect’s business priorities, technology landscape, and key stakeholders.
  • You will develop discovery documents that reflect the understanding of prospects’ priorities, landscape, and requirements.
  • You will demonstrate solution functionality and capability in the relation to prospect needs.
  • You will effectively describe and differentiate Körber Supply Chain’s role in the supply chain.
  • You will address technical and functional questions from prospects and sales team.
  • You will be able to configure demonstrations using Körber Supply Chain tools.
  • You will demonstrate the value of Körber Supply Chain solutions, specific to each prospect’s unique business needs.
  • You will translate customer requirements into deliverable solutions.
  • You will field questions regarding associated applications in the areas of ERP, TMS, OMS and other systems impacting supply chain processes.
  • You will collaborate with Voice hardware partners and internal professional services teams to ensure solution design and fit.
  • You will demonstrate knowledge of Voice solution platforms and hardware technologies.
  • You will explain implementation requirements, timeframes, and change management.
  • You will complete the technical and functional requirements for RFP and help drive sales opportunities to successful completion.
  • You will work with Sales and Services team to create and build Professional Services Estimate.
  • You will facilitate internal and external transitions to ensure successful knowledge and relationship transfer.


Your profile

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics.
  • You have experience with RF and Voice hardware and software solutions.
  • You understand and code leveraging Microsoft SQL and/or Python.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have strong attention to detail.
  • You have sales and presentation skills.
  • You are able to travel 30-40% of the time.
  • You have comprehensive understanding of warehousing and fulfillment processes (this is preferred).
  • You are familiar with HighJump or KLS BU-SW products (this is preferred).
  • You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit (this is preferred).
  • You understand networking (TCP/IP) (this is preferred).
