Körber Supply Chain currently has a full-time position open for a Cloud Operations L1 to work in our Minneapolis, Colorado Springs, Bellingham or remote location. This individual will have a proven record of accomplishment in supporting customer-facing activities and managing projects delivering on time projects.

 

This person will work with the Cloud Operations Team; a fast-paced team of highly technical employees tasked with delivering world class SaaS offerings to brand name recognizable customers.

 

 

Your role in our team

  • You have experience with effective provisioning, installation, configuration, solution migration, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and other related Cloud infrastructure located within Körber Supply Chain’s Cloud network

  • You are heavily involved in architectural decision making, and providing recommendations based on knowledge and past experience

  • You ensure that system infrastructure, operating systems, software systems, and security mechanisms adhere to best practices and organizational standards

  • You participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation and automation on SaaS migration and upgrades

  • You utilize various automation, monitoring, and service management tools & techniques to troubleshoot issues and perform performance tuning

  • You provide SQL performance tuning and recommendations / fixes to improve overall application performance

  • You migrate on premise customers to the cloud implementing best practices

  • You upgrade customers in the cloud to new version and implement new tools to align with best practices

 

Your profile

  • You have a Technical Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

  • You have 3+ years of experience administering Cloud based infrastructure – AWS, Azure, OCI

  • You have 5+ years of experience with firewalls, storage, networking, and other datacenter components

  • You have a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy, Remote Desktop Services, IIS, Systems Center, and common server OS including Server 2019

  • You have a strong background in Microsoft SQL from a DBA and programming perspective

  • You are knowledgeable with SOC, PCI, and other compliance standards, a plus

  • You have previous experience working on Koerber systems, a plus

  • You have experience managing projects in a customer facing role

  • You have the ability to provide superior customer satisfaction

  • You enjoy intellectual challenges/troubleshooting

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills facilitated by excellent interpersonal skills

  • You have the ability to manage stress in a productive manner

  • You have the ability to confidently deal with clients and deliver messages effectively

  • You have the ability to use critical thinking and logic skills to isolate and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

  • You are able to prioritize and escalate where necessary

  • You have strong attention to detail, ability to manage changing priorities and be focused, motivated and enthusiastic

  • You possess strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self-motivation, positive attitude, and initiative

  • You must be able to pass a full background check
